Metropolitan Capital Advisors has arranged a $1,865,000 acquisition and re-development loan for an existing 110,000 s.f. Industrial Building located in Dallas, Texas. The property is currently vacant and was previously used by a light manufacturing tenant. 

Originally built in 1932, Tyler Station is a Transit Oriented Development located at the Tyler / Vernon Dart station at 1300 S. Polk Street in Dallas. 

The property will be renovated with the intenion to cater to creative industrial, studio and office users. Future phases of the property will include residential rental units along the southern boundry of the property. The property is strategically located minutes away from the Bishops Arts District and is adjacent to a DART station. 

The Sponsor intends to increase the connectivity with the DART station during its renovation. The Sponsor is affiliate of Options Real Estate of Dallas. The affiliate will handle all renovations and serve as the landlord.
